Terms of service
These terms govern epoxy flooring installation services requested from Fort Worth Epoxy Flooring. They apply to estimates, site assessments, and installed epoxy flooring systems.
Services and scope
We provide epoxy flooring installation including surface assessment, mechanical concrete grinding, stain removal, crack repair, primer, base coat, optional flake broadcast or metallic mix, and topcoat. Quotes list materials, layers, timeline, and the scoped areas to be coated.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide safe access to the work area and disclose site conditions that could affect the work, such as unusual moisture or hazardous materials. Customers must obtain required permissions for work at leased or multi-occupant properties.
Estimates, payments, and scheduling
Estimates are based on visible site conditions and the scope at time of inspection. Scheduling is phased to limit downtime; project start and cure times will be stated in the written estimate.
Liability and disclaimers
We describe processes and expected outcomes but do not guarantee future floor performance beyond the scope stated in the written estimate. Liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential losses.
Disputes and governing law
If a dispute arises, parties should first seek to resolve it through written notice and informal discussion. Disputes will be subject to the laws and courts applicable to the location where the services were performed.
